2. On Site Design Centers

3. Pre-construction Meetings
Before we start work on your home we make sure you thoroughly understand every aspect of you new home.
4. Poured Foundations
We understand the importance of a dry basement. We use solid poured concrete instead of concrete blocks and mortar. This saves cost and prevents moisture.
5. Drain Tile System
The drain tile is installed around your foundation to transport any water entering through the slots to the sump hole or a daylight drain. This reduces the possibility of water infiltration into your basement.
6. Corner Framing/ Nailing Stud Blocks
Blocks are placed in corners to provide more area for nailing/ screwing wallboard thus reducing cracks in finished walls.
7. Jack Studs
Provide more support for headers resulting in squarely installed and better operational doors.
8. Engineered Roof Trusses
The roof system is professionally engineered to withstand the elements.
9. Maintenance Free Exteriors
Most of our exterior materials require no painting.
10. "H" Clips
The "H" Clip is used to reinforce OSB roof sheathing between the trusses to eliminate waves in the finished roof.
11. 2" by 6" Exterior Walls with Solid Sheeting
Instead of using 2" by 4"s all exterior walls are built with 2" by 6"s and covered with solid sheeting. This step makes the walls quieter, stronger and better insulated.
12. Wrap Runner & Gable Bracing
These components tie the trusses together so they work as a single unit.
13. Wood Cross-Bracing
Not only does wood cross bracing have more strength than metal it reduces the possibility of noisy floors.
14. Glued Tongue & Groove Flooring
The addition of Glue to the Tongue and Groove Flooring creates a solid floor, which minimizes the chance of squeaks.
15. Glued and Screwed Walls
Drywall is attatched to the studs using glue and screws this bonds the wall to the stud and prevents nail-pops.
16. 3 Door Hinges
With the addition of a third hinge rather than the standard two door hinges, we reduce warping possibility of doors and allow better operation and security.
17. Foam Insulation
Foam is used to seal your home in openings such as pipes and wire entry points. The Foam hardens and prevents air infiltration resulting in lower utility costs.
18. Caulked Openings
All areas where wood meets wood are caulked to prevent air infiltration. Which can lead to trapped moisture and mold.
19. 25 Year Roof
Our shingles carry a 25 year prorated warranty.
20. Our Reputation
